Welcome to our BrickOwl store, we have been a seller on here for over five years now but have ran many other mail order businesses over the last twenty plus years. We are based in Nottinghamshire in the UK and we are selling a wide selection of new and used, bricks, minifigs, and sets. All our items are from a smoke and pet free home.

Our used bricks are usually in a good but used condition unless otherwise stated and may show small signs of play ware. All the new bricks we sell have been taken straight out of sealed sets or purchased from Lego stores and never been put together, we only handle them to sort them. All our new and used bricks are stored separately so we can quickly and easily pick them.

PLEASE NOTE: We are seeing more and more pieces arriving in sealed sets with slight colour variations and some marks on them, we try and remove the badly marked items but the odd piece may slip through, this is from how Lego have packaged the pieces in the factory, not by us. Also from time to time the odd version of a part or colour discrepancy can happen, if we do make a mistake please let us know and we will do what we can to sort and resolve the issue.

This Store is set up as a hobby and something to do in our spare time so it may take us 2 - 3 days to process orders and ship them out. We try and post orders out during the week Monday - Friday.

We have NO MINIMUM order value any order no matter how big or small is more than welcome here, we do however charge a small fee of £0.60p per domestic order and £1.20 for overseas order to help towards packaging materials and various fees.

If you experience any problems with any part of your order please contact us prior to leaving feedback and we will try and work with you to resolve them for you. Please notify us within 24 hours of any shortages or damaged items, claims made after this will not be considered. 

Please Read through our shipping policy and our basic shipping prices before agreeing to buy from us. Many items shipped overseas will have to go as a small parcel rather than a letter due to the thickness of the items, Royal Mail class most items thicker than 2.5cm as a small parcel so can make shipping very expensive on some of the smaller orders.
